Brain fog hitting hard? Yes, you can access it all in one place. The good folks at @autoengina sent me their newly launched Adjustable GPS Mount for the Himalayan 450, and I’ve gotta say, it’s not what I expected. Riding the sketchy trail next to a canal during Himalayan Spirit trail run. Feels solid, full of confidence, then BAM, a slight handlebar twitch sends the me sliding sideways. Heart stops as the ditch and the bush rushes up. Quick counter-steer saves the day, but dude... inches from going down! Just wrapped up an epic day at Himalayan Spirits by Royal Enfield, and wow, what an eye opener for many Himalayan owners, especially the ones who never explored dirt. They kicked things off with a mindset session to get our heads in the game, then threw us into a controlled playground of pure off-road challenges: steep hill climbs that tested throttle control, sand pits swallowing tires, loose gravel demanding finesse, rocky crawls, and gnarly inclines. Chasing Sunsets ~ 25 years and counting! "Stand By Me" cranking LOUD as I blast through Tsaka valley's epic landscape! Two years in with the Himalayan 450, and honestly, I still have no real reason to complain, except maybe the headlights on certain nights. I miss this fellow, sometimes! Forgot to switch off the camera after that brutal water crossing. 20 mins of "zen" vibes in 20secs (and me zoning out in the end like a drowned rat) Himalayan 450 on a trail made for KLXs/XPulses. Light ride, good vibes! "Ouch! Hurt Ego! Had a fall mid turn. What do you think caused it – too fast, too slow, wrong line, or just bad luck? Tell me your take! In the embrace of jagged peaks, where azure waters mirror boundless skies, my Kaka Sherpa stands ready, whispering promises of untamed horizons. let your soul be my reflection Mountains inspire humility and awe. Somewhere along the route from Puga Valley to Tso Moriri the trails are stretched out like an endless invitation to wander, the Himalayan 411 thumping steady under me as I chased a direction. Kyagar Tso doesn't announce itself, you have to go looking, threading past jagged peaks to this small brackish lake, its turquoise glow punching through the high-altitude haze. Parked at the edge, engine ticking cool, I felt that quiet thrill of unearthing something raw and unguarded, mountains standing sentinel like they knew most riders blow right past. Of all these years of riding, these hidden corners still remind me why I chase the horizon: not the miles, but the moments that stick. Just love the colors here. Nothing else! We didn't come this far just to see the mountains; Wait for it! That rhythmic "thump" of a Himalayan 411 isn't just an engine sound; in the silence of Zanskar, it’s a heartbeat. There is something deeply meditative about the way that long-stroke motor echoes off those towering canyon walls. Listen to this reel till the end for thump I'm talking about.
