Here it will be more of my ownership experience with the motorcycle, usage and issues.

I have done multiple trips over the 20 odd months, including a 5000km trip across the west coast of India for 18 days.

As the AMS (Absent Mountain Syndrome) gets worse, I reminisce my ride through the ridges I fondly call 'the narrows'. It's a long video, I'd suggest to watch it till the end, nothing to watch out for 🤣, just me riding through the wilderness.

@raleribologna has been my go to anti fog insert when it comes to my helmets. You get them with @gthouse_ in India and are an easy fix. If you want to know more, feel free to read about it on my blog as well. Featured here is my @hjchelmets DSX1 and the antifog insert is a direct fit. The products I use are fully paid for and what I write about them here or on my blog is my opinion.
What a cracker of a sunset today with bats flying by.
4 Years and counting, just shy of 50,000km. I bought this motorcycle as a Himalayan and it has been evolving, getting tweaked to my taste and needs. I am happy the way the HOONIGAN has turned out so far. I'm sure this one will stay in my garage for a long time. I kind of have an unexplainable bond with this one.
Let's finish off the series with one from the Gurudongmar Lake. Did you know that the water never freezes here completely; even when the temperature goes down to -20-degree celsius. The lake is the primary source of water for the locals. There is a religious belief around this lake that explains this phenomenon. It is believed that Guru Padmasambhava placed his hands on a part of the lake to stop it from freezing even during the winters and thus making drinking water available to the people all through the year.
Some mentioned yesterday, "those mountains don't look mighty". Well, here is another perspective. Two 'tiny' Himalayans in the 'huge' backdrop of the mighty Himalayas. Same location.
Enroute to Gurudongmar, the mountains making us realise how puny we are in front the grandeur that the Himalayas are.

Suffering from AMS (Absent Mountain Sickness)
Got an opportunity to visit the shooting range at Wellington Military Base. What you see here is the view inside the barrel of an old Lee–Enfield bolt action rifle from the british era. A totally unrelated fact is that Royal Enfield started off as a small gun manufacturer.

Objects behind you are closer than they appear. In this case @abijithmrao breathing down my neck, who managed a podium finish after overtaking me TWICE, twice because he had a fall at the rock garden.
